The peri-peri gives the salmon a very nice kick. It also works great as a marinade for chicken, beef and shrimps.
HOW TO COOK
1. Preheat the oven at 200° Celsius with the tray inside.
2. Tap dry your salmon using a kitchen towel. Put a few spoons of peri-peri over the fish and rub it all over.
3. Place the salmon in the middle of the tray. Bake in the oven (middle rack) at 200° Celsius for 10 minutes.
