Delivery Procedure & Order Cut-Off Time

Delivery Schedule:

• We deliver 7 days a week, including Sundays and Public Holidays (except Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and Chinese New Year).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Place your order by 1:30PM for next-day delivery.
• During periods of high demand, delivery may be delayed by an additional day (within 48 hours of ordering). We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Delivery Areas:

• Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Airport, and South Lantau:
  Delivery Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Clear Water Bay and Sai Kung:
  Delivery from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

• Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories:
  Delivery available 7 days a week, including Sundays and public holidays (except Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and Chinese New Year).

• Restricted Areas:
  For areas such as Kwun Yam Shan, Lei Yue Mun Praya Road, Country Parks in Kowloon, Lo Wu, Sha Tau Kok, and other remote locations in the New Territories, separate arrangements may be required. Please contact us for assistance.

• Outlying Islands:
  No delivery is available to outlying islands.

Delivery Fees and Minimum Spend:

• Minimum Order: $500 (for delivery and store pickup). Orders below this amount will be refunded unless a special arrangement is agreed upon (please email orders@steak-king.com for requests).
• Free Delivery: For orders over HK$1,000.
• Delivery Fee:
  • HK$75 for Hong Kong Island.
  • HK$85 for Kowloon and New Territories.

Important Delivery Notes:

1. Contact Information:

   • Ensure you provide two valid contact numbers and an email address. If we cannot reach you, a second delivery fee may apply.
   • You may provide a helper’s or neighbor’s contact if necessary.

2. Delivery Time:

   • Delivery is usually between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
   • Routes are assigned on the day of delivery, subject to traffic and weather conditions.

3. Missed Deliveries:

   • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, your order will be returned to the warehouse and re-delivered the next day. Additional charges may apply.

4. Special Conditions:

   • Deliveries requiring stairwell access will incur an additional charge of HK$20 per floor, payable directly to the delivery staff.
   • We can only hold orders for a maximum of 3 days. If you request delivery beyond this period, the entire order will be frozen to maintain stock quality.

5. Single Address:

   • Deliveries are made to one address only. We cannot accommodate requests to split a single order between multiple addresses.

Self-Pickup:

• Order Cut-Off Time:
  • Orders placed before 1:30PM will be ready for pickup 48 hours later.
  • Orders placed after 1:30PM will be ready for pickup in 72 hours.
• Minimum Spend for Pickup: HK$500.

Tsim Sha Tsui:

Flat Iron Burger Restaurant - Shop 2602, 2/F, Gateway Arcade, Harbour City, 3-27 Canton Road, TST
Pick-up Hours: Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday: 4pm–9pm.

Causeway Bay:

Flat Iron Restaurant - G11 - G15 Lee Garden 3 (Entrance on Hoi Ping Rd), Causeway Bay
Pick-up Hours: Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday: 4pm–9pm.

• Our driver will contact you by phone before making the delivery.
