Delivery Procedure & Order Cut Off Time
WE NOW DELIVER 7 DAYS A WEEK
- Place your order before 12 noon for next day delivery
- During certain circumstances when demand is very high we reserve the right to ship the day following our usual delivery (within 48 hours of ordering). Please bare with us and sorry for the inconvenience.
- Currently, we only deliver on Fridays to Discovery Bay
- Currently, we only deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays to Ma Wan & South Lantau
- No delivery to Outlying Islands.
- Please note our minimum spend is $500 for delivery, we have the right to refuse any orders that is not met and will provide a refund. If you would like to request for a special circumstance please email firstname.lastname@example.org
- Enjoy FREE Delivery when you spend over HK$1,500. Below this amount, there will be delivery fee at HK$75 for Hong Kong Island and HK$85 elsewhere. Please input your address in English for delivery purpose.
- We deliver 7 days per week including Sundays and Public holidays (except Xmas Day, NY Day and Chinese New Year). If you place an order before 12 noon on a Saturday then your shipment will now be delivered on Sunday
- We will email you a delivery note before your delivery is made, our driver will call you before they make the delivery.
- Please ensure you leave 2 valid contactable telephone numbers and email address otherwise we will not be able to deliver to you and may need to charge you a second delivery fee. You may wish to add the phone number of your helper or a neighbor if there is a chance you won’t be able to answer.
- We do not have delivery schedule in advance or delivery pre-arrangements as unexpected traffic and weather conditions may affect delivery schedule. Drivers will assign their routes on the delivery day according to the orders and will change their routes subject to the actual situation. Normally, delivery is made from 10am to 7pm.
- We will deliver your order to one address only. We cannot accept requests to deliver a single order to multiple delivery addresses.
- If you are unable to accept the delivery, the driver will return the order to our warehouse and deliver the next day. Additional charges may be incurred.
- If delivery requires staff to walk up the building stairwell to deliver, an additional charge of $20 per floor shall be paid directly to the delivery staff.
- We can only hold your order for a maximum of 3 days. Requests for delivery greater than 3 days after the day of purchase will not be entertained, provided you are agreeable for the whole order to kept frozen. to maintain the stock.
Self Pick Up
- Self pick up is available from our all our stores, place your online order before 12:00 noon and it will be ready for picked up in store 48 hours later, after 12:00 and your order will be ready in 72 hours.
