1. Reporting Issues:
If goods are not fit for consumption upon receipt of delivery, please contact us within 24 hours at orders@steak-king.com. Do not consume any product you believe to be unfit for consumption.

Steak King offers a money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product or have received the wrong item:
- Refunds are typically issued as a credit code for future shopping.
- If a credit code is not suitable, please contact us to discuss alternative resolutions.
3. Returning the Wrong Product:
For incorrect products, you may be required to return the item. Please contact us to arrange a mutually workable solution for returning or exchanging the product.
4. Quality Issues:
If you encounter a quality issue:
- Send a clear photo of the product, along with your order number, to orders@steak-king.com.
- Please ensure the photo clearly shows the issue so we can assess and verify the problem.

5. Faulty or Misdescribed Products:
If a product is faulty or does not match its description, we will:

- Refund any applicable delivery charges or reasonable costs incurred for returning the product.
