Refund Policy

1. Reporting Issues: If you encounter an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours at orders@steak-king.com. Do not consume any product you believe to be unfit for consumption.

2. We aim to resolve all issues within 3 days. Please understand that some cases involve further investigation and potential testing, as such may require a longer time.

A. Identify the Product Issue clearly:

For example –

1) Damaged packaging

2) Delivered incorrect product(s)

3) Missing product(s)

4) Product seemed to be off or tainted

B. Make sure your email includes the following details.

Your order number (ie SK123456) – you can locate this in the order email, sent at time of payment.

1) Damaged packaging (Include)

A clear photo or photos of the product(s), including the label and in the original packaging. Or as the product arrived.

2) Delivered incorrect product(s)

Clearly state which products were incorrectly delivered, include a photo(s) of all products that were delivered.

3) Missing product(s)

Clearly state which product(s) were missing from your order. Take a picture of the product(s) that arrived, being careful to make sure that some are not bunched together.

4) Product seemed to be off or tainted

A clear photo(s) of the product, including the label and in the original packaging. Or as the product arrived.

Please state clearly the issue(s) with each corresponding products, ie. The M3-4 Striploin smelled bad, had a super brown colour.

5) Other

All products that have a potential issue, make sure you keep in a safe and temperature controlled setting until proper arrangements are made for either Steak King to collect or another alternative delivery option is made – for return and examination of product(s).

 

C. Costs for Returns: Unless the product is faulty or misdescribed:

· You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us.

· If applicable, the cost of collection by us will also be charged to you.

D. Care of Returned Products: You have a legal obligation to:

· Keep the products in your possession.

· Take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.

E. Refund Method: Refunds are typically issued via credit codes. If another method is agreed upon, refunds will be processed to the same payment method and account used for your order (this may take up to 2 weeks).
