TERMS OF SERVICE

IMPORTANT TERMS FOR STEAK KING

  • Availability of Offers: All Steak King offers are available exclusively online at our website (https://steak-king.com) while stocks last.

  • Pick-Up:

    • Available only at our Wong Chuk Hang store.
    • A minimum spends of HK$500 is required for the pick-up service.
    • Customers must arrange pick-up within the specified time.
    • We do not provide delivery or extended storage for these items. If we are unable to contact you and the deadline is missed, your items will be discarded.
  • Delivery:

    • Free delivery is available for orders HK$1,000 and above.
    • For orders below HK$1,000, the delivery fee is HK$75 for Hong Kong Island and HK$85 for other locations.
    • A minimum spends of HK$500 is required for delivery.
    • Delivery dates are subject to availability. Please select your preferred date at checkout. If your selected date cannot be met due to high order volumes, our customer service team will notify you.
  • Final Pricing on Placed Orders:
    All prices are final once an order is placed. Discounts, promotional pricing, or other price changes cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed, confirmed, or processed.

  • Promotional Periods:
    Prices during sales or promotional periods are only valid for purchases made within the specified timeframe. We recommend keeping an eye on our promotions through our newsletters or social media to ensure you don’t miss out on exclusive offers.

  • No Adjustments for Past Purchases:
    We are unable to adjust pricing or offer refunds for the price difference on items purchased before a sale or promotion begins.

  • Customer Notifications:
    Customers are encouraged to sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to receive updates on upcoming promotions and exclusive discounts.

  • Order Amendments or Cancellations:
    Changes to orders, including amendments or cancellations, are only accepted if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery day. Orders that have already been processed or are in preparation cannot be amended or canceled, especially due to price changes.

  • Refunds and Exchanges:
    Refunds or exchanges are not available for products. If you encounter a defect, please email orders@steak-king.com within 24 hours of purchase or delivery. Include a photo of the item and a description of the defect.

  • Gift Card
    • Eligibility and Redemption: The Card must be presented physically to a member of the restaurant staff prior to placing an order or requesting the bill to receive the specified discount off a single meal purchase.

    • One-Time Use: The Card is valid for one-time use only and will be retained by the restaurant staff upon redemption.

    • Validity Period: This Card is valid for use only between the date of purchase and per indicated on the card . Cards presented after this date will be considered void and will not be accepted.

    • Non-Transferable and Not Redeemable for Cash: This Card represents a specific discount value and cannot be exchanged, traded, or redeemed for cash or credit. No change will be provided if the discount value exceeds the total cost of the meal.

    • Participating Locations: The Card is valid only at restaurant locations specified as "participating" at the time of redemption. A current list of participating locations is available here, unless specified.

    • Lost or Stolen Cards: The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged Cards. The Card will not be replaced, refunded, or credited if lost or stolen. Treat the Card as cash.

    • No Combination: The Card discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, coupons, loyalty discounts, or special pricing (e.g., Happy Hour specials, fixed-price menus) unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Company.

    • Verification and Fraud: The Company reserves the right to refuse to honor any Card suspected of being damaged, altered, duplicated, or obtained fraudulently.

    • Final Sale: All sales of the physical Holiday Gift Card are final. Purchases are non-refundable

    • Right to Refuse: The Steak King reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to deny the redemption of the Card or refuse service if the Card user is in violation of these Terms and Conditions, if the Card is suspected to be fraudulent, damaged, altered, or duplicated, or for any other reason deemed necessary by management to protect the integrity of the promotion or the operations of the restaurant.

Important Note:

Steak King reserves the right to substitute any brand or product with an alternative of equal or greater value and quality in the event the original item is unavailable. Furthermore, Steak King reserves the right to amend product descriptions at any time without prior notice.
