
Chimichurri Sauce
Chimichurri Recipe
Combine the ingredients and mix well, allow 30 -60 minutes for the falvours to develop. Goes particularly well with Hanger Steak and Rump Cap
- 1 cup fresh Italian parsley.
- 1/2 cup olive oil.
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro.
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
- 3/4 teaspoon chopped red chili.
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
