Chimichurri Sauce

Chimichurri Recipe





  1. 1 cup  fresh Italian parsley.

  2. 1/2 cup olive oil.

  3. 1/4 cup fresh lime juice

  4. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro.

  5. 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed

  6. 3/4 teaspoon chopped red chili.

  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt.






Combine the ingredients and mix well, allow 30 -60 minutes for the falvours to develop. Goes particularly well with Hanger Steak and Rump Cap
