Chimichurri Recipe 1 cup fresh Italian parsley. 1/2 cup olive oil. 1/4 cup fresh lime juice 1/4 cup fresh cilantro. 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed 3/4 teaspoon chopped red chili. 1/2 teaspoon salt. Combine the ingredients and mix well, allow 30 -60 minutes for the falvours to develop. Goes particularly well with Hanger Steak and Rump Cap
