Healthy Air Fryer Crumbed Plaice Fillets 

Our fresh frozen plaice fillet from Iceland  is well known for its mild sweet flavour. The fishery is MSC Certified and the fish caught using sustainable methods and frozen at sea. 

Plaiceoffers a variety ofhealthbenefits. It is high in several vitamins and minerals, as well as a rich source of protein and high content of omega-3 fatty acids.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  2. Place bread crumbs  and oil into a  shallow bowl; stir until mixture becomes loose and crumbly.
  3. Dip fish fillets into egg; shake off any excess. Dip fillets into bread crumb mixture; coat evenly and fully.

  1. Lay coated fillets gently in the air fryer basket; cook in the preheated air fryer until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 10 minutes at 190 Celsius
  2. Garnish with lemon wedges
