Baked King Crab Legs To Die For
I made this over the weekend and was blown away with the flavour and texture of these Alaskan King Crab legs, what’s cools is that this is such a simple way to prepare them and everyone will be super impressed. What’s more the King Crab Legs are currently at half price from Steak King, give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!
· Defrost the crab legs and using a pair of kitchen scissors , cut each leg in half then open up the shells like in the picture.
· Make a spicy butter. Roast a whole bulb of garlic by slicing off the top, drenching with olive oil and wrapping in foil, bake in the oven or on the bbq for around 20 minutes. Squeeze out the garlic into a bowl with 150 grams of good quality butter and good pinch of smoked paprika, chilli flakes, lemon zest and chopped parsley
· Liberally brush the crab meat with the butter, place on a bank tray and bake in the oven at 200C or on a very hot bbq with the lid down.
· Serve with crusty bread, more of the melted butter and a simple green salad, a crisp white wine or Japanese beer. Shop For King Crab Legs
