WAGYU BEEF BURGER PATTIES
These Burger patties are made from Wagyu Trimmings from our Ribeye, Sirloin, Tenderloin and Chuck Steaks production. This specific mix creates a burger with great flavor, texture and juiciness.
DRY AGED BLACK ANGUS BURGER PATTIES
We have used the finest Black Angus: Chuck, Brisket & Rump all dry aged for 21 days then trimmed and ground coarsely to create the ultimate burger patty. The Chuck acts as a bulker and gives it a juiciness, the brisket gives a bite to the mix and the rump offers up a depth of flavor and texture that is unparalleled. The dry aging process helps take out moisture in the meat which makes the flavor more intense and the texture more juicier. Notes of nuts, truffles and blue cheese can be detected.
FREE RANGE CHICKEN BURGER PATTIES
We have taken Free Range Chicken Thighs and Breasts from Hazeldene’s Poultry and ground it nice and chunky with very simple herbs and spices to create a burger or meat ball that is perfect for the BBQ or the pan.
LAMB BURGER PATTIES
We have used the finest Dorper Lamb Shoulder and coarsely ground it with a mix of mint, rosemary plus a touch of honey to create a delectable lamb burger. Grill or pan-fry, serve in a toasted bun with pickles, rocket, and fetta cheese.
Hand Chopped Tasmanian Salmon, combined with lemon juice, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, spring onions, bread crumbs and chopped dill. Pan fry or grill for the perfect non-meat burger. Try serving it on a toasted bun with lettuce, cucumber, and Greek Yoghurt or Tzatziki.
