Sausage Making Class 
Since we make all our sausages in house, we want to share with you the process!  Learn how to make sausages at our next cooking class on Weds 1st Sept.  Get creative and add all your favourite ingredients!  Free flow beer and wine and a bangers and mash meal afterwards.  You get to take 1KG of your handmade sausages home too! 

Dry aged Burger Making Class
Johnny Glover founded The Butchers Club after perfecting the art of dry-aging beef and also got his burger restaurants listed in The Michelin Guide. He is now willing to spill the beans and share his knowledge, recipes, and meat blend with the Burger Lovers of Hong Kong.
