Chilled Australian Wagyu M3-4 Hanger Steak (Untrimmed) - 2 pieces
Hanger Steak, renowned for its robust flavour, is a cut from the plate section. This boneless and lean selection is ideal for a quick grilling at high temperatures.
Customised Service
Enhance your purchase with custom portioning, packaging and Trimming.
Portioning Service HK$150 per item
- Each item will be portioned and packed as 2 steaks per bag.
- This service does not include trimming or fat removal.
- Available only for chilled, boneless products.
- We would recommend portioning into 250g per steak for thin cut, 330g per steak for thick cut and 500g piece for a roast.
Trimming Service - $125 per item
- For chilled beef, we can trim off fat and silver skin, then vacuum pack as 2 steaks per bag. The trimmed fat and silver skin will be individually packed with the product.
Individually Packaged - $120 per item
- Steaks can be packed individually at your request.
- This service does not include portioning or trimming.
