If you want us to custom portion a whole piece of chilled beef that you have puchased, we can do so and to your specification. We will cut and vacuum pack (2 steaks per bag) for a fee of HK$225 per piece of Ribeye, Tenderloin or Striploin.
We suggest 300 - 350 grams (1 inch steaks) for Ribeye and Striploin, and 200 gram for Tenderloin. Any trimmings will be supplied with the steaks.
