Dorper Lamb is the premium brand from Western Australia, the young lambs are pasture raised on the fertile, organic, lush paddocks of Western Australia. Dorper lambs are smaller than your usual animals and have a less gamey flavour. The meat is subtle in flavour and super soft in texture which in our opinion makes for the best lamb on the market.
