Lobster Boss Debuts at K11 Musea in April
This is the home of the best tasting and value for money lobster, crab & prawn rolls!
Lobster Boss & Larry the Lobster's first permanent home, situated in the basement level 2 of K11 Musea, is modeled on an old fishing trawler - worn weathered wood, brass port-hole windows, the faint smell of the ocean and the sound of seagulls chirping from the dock will greet you as you walk on in.
The lobster, crab and prawn rolls are all pieced together using our crisp lightly toasted brioche rolls, these are jam-packed with direct sourced Canadian/ American & Australian; lobster, crab and prawn meat - all dressed in our tailored made secret sauces.
Set to open its doors on the second week of April, don't miss your chance to be transported back to docks of Maine, New England and relive, if not just for an hour, the wonders of our Mother Ocean - and Her fine tasting underwater friends.
