Employee of the Month - March 2022
Afternoon All,
Firstly, thank you all for the nominations in the first month of our new Employee Recognition Program. We received a total of 8 nominations, including a team nomination for Mui Wo, who have been working tirelessly and breaking ground on sales, so special shout out to them this month, keep it up guys!
It was a tough decision for the nomination and after much deliberation, the first time award goes to….. drum roll….
Bruce!!!!!
By following company standards, providing excellent customer service and always being professional Bruce has set up an exemplary store, attracting and retaining customers and increasing store revenue month on month. Bruce joined Steak King with over 8 years' experience in retail and he consistently shows pride in his work and has proven to be an effective leader, offering his peers guidance when required. Bruce said he is always motivated to provide a great service to his customers, going above and beyond to provide solutions and enjoys seeing them return time and time again.
This morning Bruce was presented with his certificate of recognition from Jonathan Glover, CEO. Bruce then received various choices for his prize, and though it was a tough choice, he opted for an extra day off to spend with his family.
