Wholesale Wagyu Burger Box 15X150 gram Patties

When we cut our wagyu steaks, we trim off pieces to achieve the desired weight and shape, these pieces are ground to make the best burger in town and contains highly marbled; Ribeye, Striploin, Rump, Tenderloin plus Brisket for texture (nothing else). They come in a box of 15 and are priced the same as what we charge our restaurant customers $20/pattie. Perfect for a BBQ or to keep in the freezer for whenever a burger is needed.

What does M8-9 mean?

M8-9

Intense Wagyu marbling

Very dense marbling gives the beef an exceptionally tender bite and an intense buttery richness that lingers on the palate.

This cross-section demonstrates the marbling level indicated for this product.

Flavour

Intramuscular fat renders through the beef as it cooks, carrying a richer, more rounded flavour.

Tenderness

Fine threads of fat help the cut remain soft, juicy and forgiving on the grill or in the pan.

Grade

M8-9. The score is a practical shorthand for the amount and distribution of visible marbling.

Suggested Preparation

Remove the patties from the fridge 15-20 minutes before cooking.

Season lightly with salt and pepper, then cook over high heat on a barbecue, flat-top grill, cast iron pan, or skillet. Sear for approximately 3-4 minutes per side until a rich crust develops while maintaining a juicy centre.

Serve in a toasted brioche bun with aged cheddar, crisp lettuce, tomato, pickles, caramelised onions, and your favourite burger sauce.
