Lunch Reservation Deposit

This deposit is used to secure your Lunch Reservation.
- You will be sent a final bill 48 hours before the date of your actual event, all invoices must be paid in full before the commencement of the event, unless otherwise agreed upon for remaining amount to be paid at venue on the day of the event.
- You may cancel the event by giving at least 28 days notice and we will refund your deposit in full
- If you give less than 28 days notice we MAY refund you all or a portion of the deposit IF we are able to find another client to take your booked date
PLEASE NOTE:
a) In some circumstances we may be able to reschedule the event to another mutally agreed date or provide delivered catering option (delivery fee will be charged separately)
b) 100% of the total bill will charged for less than 72hrs notice
- Events cancelled due to typhoon 8 will be offered another mutually suitable date.
- Once you have paid this event deposit please forward us a copy of the email receipt to our events manager at events@steak-king.com
- The weight of this product may vary slightly from the advertised weight. Your order should be within +/- 10% of the advertised weight, please contact us at orders@steak-king.com if it is not.
- The pictures are for reference only, the actual product shall prevail.
- Once the order is confirmed (i.e. the order is successfully placed), it cannot be changed or canceled, returns and refunds are not accepted on all products.
- Please read our Delivery Policy / Return & Refund Policies carefully before placing your order.
- If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.

- No Delivery to Outlying Islands.
- Delivery to certain restricted areas within Kowloon and the New Territories, such as the following mentioned areas will require special arrangements due to considerations of driver availability:
▫ Kowloon: Kwun Yam Shan, Lei Yue Mun Praya Road, and all country park areas
