Frozen to retain it's quality over time.From Frozen (Recommended for best flavor and texture):
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Remove ribs from packaging and place on a baking tray lined with foil.
- Cover loosely with foil to retain moisture.
- Heat for 35–40 minutes, until piping hot throughout.
- Remove foil for the last 5 minutes to allow the sauce to caramelize.
- Rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.
From Thawed (if defrosted overnight in fridge):
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place ribs on a foil‑lined tray.
- Cover loosely with foil and heat for 20–25 minutes.
- Remove foil for the final 5 minutes to glaze and slightly char the sauce.
- Rest briefly before slicing and serving.
