Our French Black Monkfish tails are caught off the famed coasts of Northern France and air-flown specially into Hong Kong by our trusted team. Each Piece is caught,  processed, cleaned and individually quick frozen to keep its freshness to its utmost best. Black monkfsh tails are an extremely premium product with amazing texture and buttery taste. Its flesh is almost lobster like giving it the nickname the "poor mans Lobster" but holding its own with its taste and ease to cook.

FISHING METHOD: Wild Caught – Hook & Line

To Defrost / To Store

    1. Leave in the fridge for 24 hours OR
    2. Do Not re-freeze after it has thawed and defrosted.
    3. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days
