Orders placed within this window will be delivered within 4 business hours, depending on order size and coverage area within Hong Kong Island.

We prioritize your orders for fast, reliable, and last-minute deliveries during available hours.
Delivery Area & Service:

Hong Kong Island: Our service is currently exclusive to Hong Kong Island, with delivery guaranteed within 4 hours after processing your order.

Kowloon: Our service is currently exclusive to Kowloon, with delivery guaranteed within 4 hours after processing your order.
Order Process & Cut-Off Time:

Place your order between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM for same-day delivery, available from Monday to Sunday.

Orders received after 4:00 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.
Pricing & Fees:

Delivery Fee: HK$150 per delivery/order within Hong Kong Island. $250 per delivery/order within Kowloon.

Minimum Order: A minimum spending of HK$1,000 is required for express delivery.
How to Get Your Delivery:

Add items to your cart for express delivery.

Select the box for Express Delivery on the checkout page. The fee of $150 or $250 will automatically be added to your order, and the page will refresh, eliminating the need to select a delivery date.

After completing your payment, please call our customer service at +852 2598 1080 or send a WhatsApp message to +852 9095 1817 to discuss delivery timing or any special instructions. (This step is compulsory.)

Our team will process your order and dispatch it as soon as possible.

Expect delivery within 4 hours via our scooter or a trusted on-demand delivery service provider.

- The weight of this product may vary slightly from the advertised weight. Your order should be within +/- 10% of the advertised weight, please contact us at orders@steak-king.com if it is not.

- Deliveries to Discovery Bay, Ma Wan & South Lantau are available Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
- No Delivery to Outlying Islands.
- Delivery to certain restricted areas within Kowloon and the New Territories, such as the following mentioned areas will require special arrangements due to considerations of driver availability:
