This is the salmon that fills more Steak King freezers than anything else we sell, and 5kg is the box that makes sense of it.
Cook it straight from frozen. Skin side down in a hot pan, press it flat for the first minute, then leave it alone until the skin lets go on its own. Flip for thirty seconds and it's done.
