The Arctic King Crab, also known as the Red King Crab comes from the Gulf of Alaska. They are known to be the largest species of king crab and are highly sought after. Steak King Crab Legs are sustainably caught, cooked at sea and immediately blast frozen to preserve the freshness of the meat and to keep the juicy content and tender texture. After they get cooked their deep dark red shells turn bright red and orange in colour while their meat becomes pearl white
