No - our premium beef is chilled, never blast-frozen hard. It's flown in fresh and hand-cut in Hong Kong by our own butchers, so it arrives in peak condition.
Organic ribeye (2 × 250g) and organic striploin (2 × 250g) - ≈1kg, serves 4. Every set includes 2x free branded steak knives.
Order by 4pm for same-day delivery on Hong Kong Island, or before 8pm for next-day. Delivery is free over HK$1,000.
