3. Returning the Wrong Product:

  • Send a clear photo of the product, along with your order number, to orders@steak-king.com.
  • Please ensure the photo clearly shows the issue so we can assess and verify the problem.
  • Keep the product in its original packaging (if possible) until instructed to dispose of it.
    We need to thoroughly review the issue before determining the appropriate resolution, which may include a credit code or another form of compensation.

5. Faulty or Misdescribed Products:
If a product is faulty or does not match its description, we will:

  • Refund the price of the product in full via a credit code or other agreed methods.
  • Refund any applicable delivery charges or reasonable costs incurred for returning the product.

6. Costs for Returns:
Unless the product is faulty or misdescribed:
