Enhance your purchase with our custom portioning and packaging service. If you’ve purchased a whole piece of chilled Ribeye, Tenderloin, or Striploin or want to cut into 500g or 750g or etc. we offer the option to have it precisely portioned to your specifications.
For a service fee of HK$150 per item, we will expertly cut your beef into your preferred portions and package it for ultimate freshness. Each portion will be vacuum-sealed in packs of two steaks per bag. This service fee reflects the labor-intensive process of careful portioning, along with the cost of premium vacuum-sealed packaging, which ensures that your steaks maintain peak quality and freshness until you're ready to enjoy them.
We recommend cutting Ribeye and Striploin into 300-350g (1-inch thick) steaks, and Tenderloin into 200g steaks. Any trimmings will be carefully included with your steaks to ensure nothing goes to waste.
