Whole Lobe of French Duck Foie Gras – De Veined 500G
Premium French Duck Foie Gras, deveined and partially cooked. Produced in Strasbourg, France Working with traditional recipes and permanent control of raw material, ready to fry.
Cooking
Defrost in your refrigerator overnight, slice into 50 – 70 gram pieces, fry in hot oil to get a dark and crispy sear, a decadent accompaniment to any steak or salad. Traditionally accompanied with a Sauternes Wine and sliced pear.
