About

Ribeye steak is a cut out meat taken from the cow's beef rib. With a rich texture and flavour, this is considered one of the finest cuts of beef, especially with high-grade marbling.

USDA Prime Beef

USDA-graded beef sold at the retail level is Prime, Choice, and Select. 

USDA Prime has abundant marbling (flecks of fat within the lean) which enhances both flavour and juiciness.
