The team behind Flat Iron and Picanhas’ is launching The Lasagna Factory on 1 Aug and I’m already envisioning hearty, comforting meals filled with homey Italian comfort food! I’m eager to try the signature Wagyu Short Rib Lasagna and scrumptious Polpette (wagyu meatballs). Plus, knowing I can still order the famous sharing steaks from Flat Iron is a bonus!
