Pasta-making classes upstairs lead to communal feasts, echoing every Italian grandmother’s cherished recipes and classic flavours. Anchoring the menu are three signature lasagnas: wagyu short rib with 24-hour slow-braised beef, sand crab in vodka sauce, and organic mushroom polpette meatballs with Nonna’s comforting garlic bread. The set lunch offers exceptional value with 200g of lasagna and free-flow salad.
