Kinross Station, located on the banks of the Billabong Creek at Holbrook in Southern NSW, is a renowned sheep station, home to one of the world’s largest Hampshire Down sheep flocks. The Lambs are fed on grass with their diet supplemented with organic grain to give their meat an intense marbling that is similar to wagyu beef.
