NOTE: Class will be conducted in English
Learn how to make the pasta dough by hand; knead the dough, roll it out, and assemble your own lasagna with layers of fresh pasta sheets that you made.
WORKSHOP INCLUSIVE:
A family style dinner cooked by our chef, served with salad, garlic bread, meatballs, chicken parmesan, and your handmade lasagna.
For dessert: tiramisu and coffee.
With complimentary beer, house wine and soft drinks throughout the evening.
