Pandoro is a traditional Italian sweet bread, often served as a Christmas dessert. It is known for its distinctive frustum or star shape and its golden color, which comes from the large amount of egg yolks used in the recipe. 

Characteristics
  • Origin: It originated in Verona, Italy. 
  • Flavor and Texture: It is a soft, buttery, vanilla-infused cake-like bread. Unlike its counterpart, panettone, pandoro typically does not contain nuts or dried fruit. 
  • Serving: It is traditionally served dusted with powdered sugar to resemble the snow-capped peaks of the Alps.

Relanghe is a small craft confectionery production company, that has set up its business based on the Piedmont Hazelnut.It was founded in 1994 based on an idea of the Ceretto family who, after years of wine-making tradition in the Langhe, wanted to apply the same rigour to the hazelnut grove, with a clear goal: make the products of this area unique and make them known worldwide.
