Simple Garlic Butter Grilled Shark Bay Scallops
Serves: 2–4
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 6–8 minutes
Ingredients
- 8–12 Shark Bay Scallops (Shell On)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Pinch of sea salt
- Freshly cracked black pepper
Method
- Preheat your grill or oven to high heat (220°C).
- Carefully loosen the scallop meat from the shell while keeping it in place.
- Combine melted butter, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon a small amount of the garlic butter mixture over each scallop.
- Grill or bake for 6–8 minutes, until the scallops are opaque and just cooked through.
- Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges.
Serving Suggestion: Pair with a crisp white wine, crusty bread, or a fresh garden salad for an effortless seafood feast.
