Chef's Tip
For extra crispy skin, pat the drumettes dry before marinating and cook at a higher temperature during the final 5 minutes. The result is beautifully caramelised, sticky-sweet chicken with tender, juicy meat inside. Perfect for BBQs, parties
Thaw completely before cooking. Marinate the drumettes with soy sauce, honey, garlic, and a touch of sesame oil for at least 30 minutes. Roast, air-fry, or bake until golden brown and cooked through.
For the sticky glazed finish shown, brush with a mixture of honey, soy sauce, and a little brown sugar during the final few minutes of cooking. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and freshly chopped parsley or spring onions before serving.
Serve hot with your favourite dipping sauce for a delicious sharing platter that's perfect for parties, gatherings, or an easy family dinner.
