Dry Rub Blackened Mahi Mahi Fillets 4 x 150g
We have taken Mahi Mahi fillets and dry rubbed them in a marinade that compliments the fish perfectly and turns a dark colour on the grill. Simply brush very hot grill with oil (so the fish doesn't stick) then grill the fillets for around 3 minutes per side until the flesh turns dark brown/black in colour.

Mahi Mahi is a white fish that has a firm flesh that is sweet and delicate in flavour. The fillets are boneless and skinless and really good for grilling, pan frying or oven roasting.
