We have created a pre-cooked Christmas dinner that is good for 7-10 pax, simply reheat and eat! We have limited stock!

Approximate dimension of Turkey: Height 8 inches, width 8 inches and length 14 inches

  • Free Range Australian 7kg Turkey (brined and sous vide cooked)
  • Cranberry sauce.
  • Duck fat roasted potatoes.
  • Pigs in blankets.
  • Roasted parsnips and carrots.
  • Brussels sprouts.
  • Turkey Gravy.
Cooking

Please note, a sousvide cooked turkey needs to be re-heated and browned on your oven, it may look raw but is fully cooked.

Heating instructions:
  • Turkey: Place the Turkey into a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes. Then drop the temperature to 170 degrees for another 30 minutes. (Please note the Turkey is already cooked, just need to make it hot and brown).
  • Cranberry sauce: heat in a pan gently over medium heat till hot.
  • Duck fat potatoes: these are already roasted, simply place on a tray and heat for 7 mins at 180c.
  • Roasted parsnips and carrots: already cooked, these can be placed with the potatoes and heated together.
  • Pigs in blankets: roast on a tray with a little oil at 180c for 10-12 mins till golden brown.
  • Brussel sprouts: we have trimmed and blanched for you, simply heat in a pan of boiling water for 3 mins.
  • Yorkshire puddings: heat for 5 mins at 180c.
  • Gravy: bring to boil in pan.
