Tips on How to Cook a Bone-in Ribeye Steak

  1. Season with plenty of salt & pepper, sear in a hot pan for 2 minutes on each side then roast in a hot oven (180°C) for 15 - 20 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 50 degrees celcius
  2. Rest for another 15 minutes then carve off the bone and slice each piece and arrange it back around the bone.
