Tips on How to Cook a Bone-in Ribeye Steak
- Season with plenty of salt & pepper, sear in a hot pan for 2 minutes on each side then roast in a hot oven (180°C) for 15 - 20 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 50 degrees celcius
- Rest for another 15 minutes then carve off the bone and slice each piece and arrange it back around the bone.
