Frozen Caribbean Lobster Tails 1Kg

1 Kg Caribbean lobster tails (10-12 pieces per bag), individually quick frozen for extra freshness.

Defrost in your fridge overnight, cut down the front of the shell with scissors and stuff with garlic butter. Bake in a 180 celsius oven for around 10 minutes or until fully cooked through. Serve on top of a steak of your choice for the perfect Surf & Turf
