Frozen Boneless Free Range Spanish Pork Loin Roast

Spanish Pork Loin is a boneless cut that comes from the back, it has a nice covering of fat which keeps it moist and juicy when cooking. This 2kg joint will serve approximately 6 - 8 people.

Cooking  

Sear/brown the roast in a pan for 2 minutes per side, roast in your oven (180°C) for approximately 40 minutes or until juices run clear then rest for 10 minutes before carving.
