Tis the season so order your turkey now!American turkeys, flown in just for Christmas. Brined for that flavour explosion. Choose between a full turkey or a turkey crown (legs and wings removed)

• Whole - 5-6kg, good for ~6-9 pax.
• Crown - 3.5-4.5kg, good for ~4-6 pax.

Cooking

Turkey Cooking Instructions

• We have defrosted the turkey for your convenience. Be sure to remove any giblets from inside the cavity before cooking
• Preheat your oven to 160 degrees (Gas mark 5)
• Cook the turkey in a suitable roasting tray for 45 mins per every 1kg, if your turkey is 5kg then you should be cooking it for 3.5 – 4 hours or until the juices run clear when placing a knife into the thickest part of the thigh.
• If the top of the turkey starts to burn you can cover the top with foil
• Rest the turkey for at least 30 minutes in a warm place before carving.
