Liberally add garlic butter to the meat side of the halved lobster, grill under a very hot broiler or BBQ from frozen until the meat is cooked through and turning brown. You can also defrost and poach or pan fry, add the meat to salads, pasta dishes or make the most amazing Lobster Rolls!
