Dorper Lamb is the premium brand from Western Australia, the young lambs are pasture-raised on the fertile, organic, lush paddocks of Western Australia. Dorper lambs are smaller than your usual animals and have a less gamey taste. The meat is subtle in flavour and super soft in texture which in our opinion makes for the best lamb on the market.
