Dilillo sun-dried tomatoes are one of the culinary delicacies of southern Italy, where they are prepared in different ways, depending on regional tradition.

Dilillo tomatoes grow in Italy in a healthy and balanced environment. They are harvested at their proper ripeness and processed according to the oldest dictates of our farming tradition, which involves slow natural drying in the sun, without the aid of industrial processes.

It is this that gives them their very special flavor, so loved and appreciated in cooking.
