Carbonara Sauce (Cream, Eggs and Bacon)
Carbonara is a classic Italian pasta dish made with just a handful of ingredients: cream, egg yolks, hard cheese (usually Pecorino Romano), black pepper, and guanciale. It's easy and delicious!

CARBONARA SAUCE: fresh pasteurized whole milk, smoked pancetta bacon 13%, cream, egg yolk, Grana Padano DOP cheese, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, soft wheat flour, vegetable margarine, salt, pepper.
