Easy to use non-stick oil spray. Cooking has never been so easy with this spray which is tasty and a good alternative to cooking with olive oil as a little goes a long way and is low fat. It is ideal for food cooked in the oven, lasagne and fried foods as it does not leave an oily taste or smell.
