The Altitude Eden Valley Shiraz 2022 is produced by Irvine Wines, one of the largest privately-owned premium grape growers in the Barossa Valley, South Australia. This is a good representation of an Eden Valley Shiraz. It feels like velvet in the mouth and delivers a substantial amount of flavour onto the palate. It tastes of blackberry, bitumen, redcurrant, peppercorn and mint-chocolate, and has good overall balance, along with a satisfying finish. Sweet fruit, a general warmth, polish, volume-of-flavour and softness; this wine offers plenty. 

Irvine Wines was established back in 1983 and are now one of the largest privately-owned premium grape growers in the Barossa with over 400 acres of premium Barossa and Eden Valley vineyards.
