Icelandic Centre Cut Cod Loin Portions

  • Frozen at sea, MSC Certified 

  • Icelandic cod is wild-caught in the deep, cold waters of the Atlantic Ocean surrounding Iceland.

  • The fish is hook and line caught which greatly reduces the stress on the fish and in turn, the meat has a much more firm texture. The Icelandic cod fishery is MSC certified (Marine Stewardship Council)  

  • The flesh is a pearl white colour and is skinless and boneless

  • Perfect for deep-frying, pan-frying, steaming, oven-roasting or BBQ. 

  • The cod loins are glazed in a sea water brine to help preserve them and stop freezer burn.  Rinse the cod under cold water before cooking.

* Note: the loins may vary in size and weight, we will do our best to make your order as close to the specified weight as possible.
