Quick Frozen at sea sustainably harvested Icelandic Cod Loins 1kg bags (8-10 portions, individually vacuum packed)
The loin is the centre cut portion from a large fillet, they are often firmer and meatier than a smaller fillet. Good for roasting or steaming (over cooking can make it tough!)
Super moist, flaky and pure white flesh, this fish has a delicate flavour and is perfect for deep frying (fish and chips), roasting, pan frying or in a fish pie!
