Cooked Cornish Whole Crab 2 x 700–800-gram whole crabs

Brown crab is native to the UK and is the most popular kind of crab along the UK coast. It has white sweet tasting meat in its claws and darker, fattier brown meat under the main shell. These female Brown Crab (700 gram each) with very good meat-to-shell ratio are caught at the high peak season. Caught and cooked on the fishing boats in Devon, the brown crab is then frozen within a few hours to prolong its freshness. Defrost the crab before eating.
