Cooked Cornish Crab Claws 1kg

The claws contain the sweet white crab meat which is caught using crab pots from sustainable day fishing boats, it is cooked live on the vessel in the pristine seawater of Cornwall, England. The flavour is sweet and salty, the meat is white and succulent.

  • Perfect for the ultimate Seafood Platter or picked and served with buttered brown bread with mayonnaise for a delicious crab sandwich
  • Ready to eat once defrosted

The product has a clean, fresh taste, the texture of the meat is soft, buttery, succulent and smooth. Simply defrost in your fridge overnight and serve with lemon wedges and melted butter, its that simple!
